We store account email, a password hash, optional phone number, language, order amounts, recipient details, payment references and support messages. Login sessions may include IP address and browser information. Do not provide private keys, recovery phrases or unnecessary identity documents.
2. Purposes and access
Information is used to authenticate accounts, calculate and process orders, verify payments, provide support and investigate disputes. Authorized administrators can access the records needed for those tasks. Public order tracking excludes recipient accounts, payment destinations, email addresses and transaction references.
3. Cookies and infrastructure
Essential cookies maintain login sessions and session renewal. The service uses Vercel for hosting and Neon PostgreSQL for records. Payment systems used outside the website process information under their own terms. No advertising-cookie consent is implied by creating an account.
4. Retention and requests
Records are kept while needed for account services, active orders, reconciliation, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion and to ask about retention for your records. Requests require identity verification; records needed for unresolved orders or obligations may not be deleted immediately.
