1. Scope and eligibility
The service provides an order-management workflow for manually settled exchanges. Use it only where the selected exchange is lawful and where you have legal capacity to transact. Do not use another person's payment account without authorization or submit false recipient information.
2. Rate fixation and fees
The calculator displays the direction's configured rate, percentage fee, fixed fee and final receive amount. Creating the order fixes those terms for that order. If settings change before confirmation, you must review the updated amount and confirm again. A displayed estimate is not an order until confirmation succeeds.
3. Payment obligations
Send exactly the stated currency and amount to the destination shown on the payment page, using the stated network. Pay within the displayed window and provide your transaction hash or payment reference. Do not reuse payment details for a different order. Payment evidence is a request for verification, not confirmation that funds were received.
4. Verification and manual payout
The operator checks payment evidence and recipient details before recording a payout. Review may pause for missing information, mismatched payments or required identity checks. Processing time depends on the payment network, provider availability and support hours; no instant-settlement promise is made. Never send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases to support.
5. Incorrect, late or disputed payments
Contact support with the order number if you pay late, use the wrong network, send a different amount or enter incorrect recipient details. Do not create a second payment to correct a problem without instructions. The operator reviews recoverability and explains the proposed resolution before further action. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
6. Service interruptions and policy changes
Network outages, provider restrictions and account blocks can delay an exchange. Support will use the order record to investigate and discuss completion or refund options. Updated terms apply to future orders; confirmed financial terms are not changed retrospectively. Questions and complaints should include the order number.
